Top Ones Services Officers go throu a nationwide backgroud check. A five panel drug screening, and extensive in-service training regarding criminal law and defensive tactics. All the Non-Commissioned Security officers have a level II Basic security officer training. All the Commissioned officers have level III armed security officer training. Our uniformed security officers are outfitted with professional uniforms. Our corporate general order, require that our personnel keep their uniforms pressed and clean at all times. Their shoes are polished military style. Men are well groomed with neat haircuts. Female officers are held to our female uniformed standard.

Training
Every office abides by the state laws and provides the required training. However, we go above and beyond the state training programs and make the extra effort to insure that our officers are thoroughly trained in report writing, communications, legal limitations, controversial situations, client expectations, appearance, conduct, company rules and on-site procedures. Our security officers receive continuous follow-up training throughout their careers. Staying current with standards and practices that are constantly changing isn’t second nature. It takes a systematic program of follow up to make sure that our security officers are up to date on critical security issues and policies.
